UK homes-for-homeless REIT’s £263m placing oversubscribed
Home REIT, which funds the acquisition and creation of accommodation for homeless people in the UK, has raised c. £263 million through a significantly oversubscribed placing. Owing to the level of demand the board had raised the target from £150 million but investor demand still exceeded the new maximum.
