Logistics specialist Panattoni is continuing to scale up in the Netherlands.
In April, the company announced its eighth project since opening an office in Holland in 2020, a 21,300 sq m distribution centre at Heerenberg, close to the border between Holland and Germany.
The firm has now expanded its Dutch team with the appointments of transaction manager, Mariska Venema, treasury analyst Salih Umut and investment analyst Sibren van Etten.
General manager Jeroen Gerritsen said that he is “very happy with this extensive and solid growth”. He added, “I am convinced that our team can serve our customers even better now.”
In April Panattoni Netherlands announced that it had hired Tom Bonants as business development manager. Bonants, who was previously industrial real estate advisor with Cushman & Wakefield, will focus on the acquisition, completion and commercialisation of sites.
Bonants has worked in the Dutch real estate sector for 10 years, of which the last seven were with Cushman & Wakefield.
