Corestate Capital Group to exhibit at REALX in September

Frankfurt-headquartered Corestate Capital Group has confirmed that it will join the line up of exhibitors at REALX.Global, the virtual real asset event launching this September.

Corestate is active in the offices, retail, logistics, hotels, residential and micro-living sectors across Europe.

Douglas Edwards, head of group equity raising & client services at Corestate Capital Group said: “REALX is the first truly virtual real estate fair in the industry. We appreciate the original concept of REALX, which creates an international community platform – client focused, interactive and open all year round.”

REALX.Global is a new industry initiative that has been launched by events and multi-media company Real Asset Media working in conjunction with leading real estate companies, media partners and industry associations.

The event will comprise a virtual real estate exhibition and conference and is designed to help connect the global real estate industry and help share insight and drive business and investment.

Tried and tested technology

REALX brings together tried and tested technology under one ‘roof’ to create a virtual exhibition floor which uses companies’ existing stand designs to create a completely new experience.

The REALX virtual Exhibition Hall features a 3D floorplan allowing exhibitors to create their own stand using existing designs. Alternatively, a bespoke stand can be built using the latest technology to produce a lifelike immersive experience for both exhibitors and attendees.

It is designed to create a 3D experience that works on phones, tablets and computers without any need for VR equipment, bringing huge opportunities to create a unique experience which goes beyond what is possible in a physical fair. Attendees can open a door on your stand and walk straight into another reality such as a development project, future city vision or asset for sale or lease.

Industry leading conference agenda

Attendees will also benefit from an industry-leading conference agenda that will be a truly global event in which speakers and attendees from across the world share insights.

Leading media partners have already confirmed for the event including BusinessImmo, REFIRE, APAC Real Estate, Iberian Property and Poland Today as well as industry associations including the ULI and EPRA.

REALX is designed to help to kick off the post-Summer market activity. A further show is planned in January to follow the Winter break and kick the market off for 2021.

Real Asset Media’s Group Publisher Richard Betts said that the virtual event has major advantages: “You don’t have to travel in order to participate, either as an exhibitor or a delegate, but you will be able to highlight your projects, assets for sale and lease, visit other firms’ projects and attend cutting edge discussions about the latest market trends.”

He added that REALX.Global will be zero carbon, zero waste, and is not limited by time zones while connecting people with opportunities across the world.

Real Asset Media managing partner Thorsten Herbert said: “There is no downside, REALX Global allows people from across the world to visit the exhibition, attend events and significantly increase their network and then develop their businesses all year round, but virtually. There was never an easier and more efficient way to attend an industry event.”

“And, while providing a valuable opportunity to do business during this difficult time it will remove the potential physical health risks to your staff attending the event,” he added.

Live and updated 365 days a year

Although REALX’s two global flagship events occur in September and January, unlike a physical property show, the REALX Exhibition Hall remains open, live and updated 365 days a year. Stands can be updated with new research reports, video content, data launches, sales, leasing and project opportunities.

REALX is intended to provide permanent support for connecting and creating business. Exhibitors can run online events directly from their stands and Real Asset Media will also host online events and briefings within the REALX conference auditorium throughout the year bringing an enhanced experience for their 30,000 attendees in both networking opportunities and access to potential business opportunities and business partnerships.
