Call for entries: Top Industrial & Logistics Projects
Real FDI, the only publication bridging the worlds of real assets and foreign direct investment, will spotlight the Top 10 Most Attractive Investor-Ready Projects in Industrial and Logistics in our upcoming October 2025 issue, which will enjoy bonus distribution at EXPO Real in Munich.
This special feature will showcase high-potential, well-structured opportunities across industrial real estate, advanced manufacturing, logistics infrastructure, and related segments — all actively seeking institutional or strategic investment.
We invite developers, investment promotion agencies and project sponsors to submit flagship projects that are investment-ready, whether through traditional private investment models, public-private partnerships, or other innovative financing structures. Selected projects will be profiled in print and digital formats and spotlighted at key events offering unparalleled visibility with investors and other international partners.
In order to have your projects considered, please submit the following details to [email protected] by September 1st:
- PROJECT OVERVIEW: a short summary of the project
- THE OPPORTUNITY: what kind of investment opportunities are available and what kind of partners are being sought (investors, developers, etc)?
- THE FINANCIALS: please share any relevant financials (funding needs and models, projected costs, returns, etc)
- PROJECT SPONSOR: is it backed by a public entity or private company? Please name
- SIGNIFICANCE: what would be impact of the investment on the local/national economy?
- THE PITCH: what makes this an attractive investment opportunity?
- CONTACTS: who should investors or interested parties reach out to?
