MIPIM launches new co-living summit for March 2023 show

A new co-living summit will take place for the first time at MIPIM 2023 which the Cannes real estate show’s organisers are launching in conjunction with Co-Liv, a global association of co-living professionals.
The Co-Liv Summit will be held on Monday 13 March in the afternoon before MIPIM opens on Tuesday 14 March and responds to the rise the new genre of residential development which includes shared living space for residents.
“Co-living has the potential to address global issues around the shortage in housing many cities face by providing new, affordable lifestyle options for residents whilst providing dense, large-scale forms of living,” said MIPIM director Nicolas Kozubek.
MIPIM’s organisers expect the Co-Liv Summit to become an annual event and it is intended to bring together the new property segment’s leading players to share best practices. The summit will include conference sessions on key trends and networking events.
A separate €300 ticket will be available for non-MIPIM delegates.
MIPIM’s organisers said that further updates on programme of panels, conferences and networking events will be announced in early 2023.
MIPIM 2023 will take place on 14-17 March in Cannes, France. More than 20,000 delegates from over 80 countries attended the MIPIM 2022 in March this year.
