The mission of the ULI’s European Young Leaders Group is to provide a unique forum for the industry leaders of tomorrow to engage with the leaders of today, the group’s chair William Riordan explained.
The group also aims to connect local expertise with global knowledge across the entire spectrum of real estate disciplines.
“There’s never really been a more important time to speak together as an industry to share ideas and to identify new talent and innovation,” he told Real Asset Insight’s Richard Betts.
The group is already making an impact, “which is important because whilst there’s a significant opportunity it’s a really complicated landscape out there,” Riordan said, adding that the considerable structural change in real estate is adding to the complexity.
