Stable strategy possible with a longer term view of market

Although the vagaries of the market can still be “kind of irritating”, long-term investors will see past them and stick to their strategy, as P3 Logistic Parks’ CEO Frank Pörschke explained in an interview with Real Asset Insight.

“We are a long-term investor so, in principle, although we observe the market closely and what’s happening is kind of irritating, we are long-term oriented so we keep on sticking to our strategy,” he said.

He added that P3 Logistics is in the market, buying at the right prices and is still looking for opportunities to buy yielding assets and do forward funding or development. “That’s our core strategy, which remains unchanged.”
