It’s certainly a time of change, from re-setting real estate, making Scottish cities greener and smarter to Milan’s latest major urban regeneration scheme. And, is now our last opportunity to save “the office”.
Meanwhile, Spain is on investors’ radar whether it is student accommodation, portfolios of supermarkets or logistics property.
And, as retailers gear up for Christmas, there are suggestions that London’s West End, especially Oxford Street and Regent Street, may relinquish the retail-only tag to aim for a blend of uses. Perhaps it is a good time to establish Europe’s second TimeOut market in the UK capital.
