London’s office market saw a strong end to 2020 which could point to investors’ increasing eagerness to use the dry powder accumulated during lockdown.

While UK retail landlords ponder the full extent of diminished rent collections, retailers ponder the online opportunity and supermarkets celebrate a successful festive season. Now UK supermarket chain Asda offers to play its part in the vaccination campaign.
