Reed MIDEM’s retail real estate show MAPIC is going digital in November as Covid-19 continues to restrict business events, and the UK’s National Health Service may become one of the major tenants for retail space as it too reorganises for the pandemic.

Meanwhile, UK REIT Hammerson recruits its new CEO from outside both the company and the country, Segro goes underground to provide last mile logistics and, among other logistics space news, Hamburg’s port operator has won a stake in the new logistics facility at Italian port Trieste.
