Portugal well-positioned for economic recovery: Moreira

Portugal is well positioned for economic recovery according to Frederico Arruda Moreira, CEO of fund management company Refundos.

Speaking during the recent Lisbon REinvestment Talks, an online event on RealX.Global organised by Iberian Property and Real Asset Media, Moreira said Portugal has a lot of physical and intellectual infrastructure, it is safe and has a way of life that is attractive to overseas investors.

And he said that it is also still a low-cost destination that is attractive for manufacturers who are in the process of near-shoring their businesses.
