Poland’s markets are set to benefit from mid-term trends
Poland is a potential beneficiary of trends such as the growing role of warehousing, near shoring and the expanding residential market, according to Marcin Juszczyk, member of the management board, CFO and CIO of Warsaw-listed Capital Park.
Speaking at the recent CEE Summit staged in the former Norblin Factory, now revitalised and converted into a mixed use building, Juszczyk described a number of the company’s projects and said that global investors are demonstrating a positive attitude to Poland.
“I am very interested to see how global investors are looking at the situation of Poland in let’s say turbulent times,” Juszczyk said. He said investors are optimistic that Poland is a potential beneficiary of the of mid-term trends, assuming that the conflict in Ukraine does not spread more widely.
