Logistics census results unveiled as yields hit sub 3%

Against a background of record demand for logistics assets – occupiers signed up for 26 million sq m in 2020 and investors poured €39 billion into the – leading players in the European logistics property market, Tritax EuroBox, Savills and Analytiqa have collaborated on the 2021 European Real Estate Logistics Census.

The census reached out to the market with the aim of engaging the full spectrum of European logistics property market stakeholders.

The results were presented this week, as Savills director of industrial and logistics research Kevin Mofid explained.
