Investor strategies focus on the strengths of core CBD offices

Investors will tend to focus even more on core properties as result of the current crisis according to CBRE Global Investors’ head of offices EMEA, John Mulqueen.

Speaking to Real Asset Media’s Richard Betts he said that he does not expect occupiers to adopt a hub-and-spoke office model as many of them are not big enough to make that work, they will want to be in one place and in the most efficient space, he said.
