Indoor air quality measures now a post-Covid “must have”
The healthy buildings movement has come to the fore during the Covid-19 crisis and with it air quality is under greater scrutiny.
Francesca Brady, CEO of AirRated, explained to Real Asset Media’s Richard Betts that while monitoring indoor air quality was a “nice to have” pre-Covid, it has now been elevated to a “must have.”
She said that air quality benchmarks should align with best practice in other areas but be relatable for the end users of buildings.
