Employees need to know that their workplace is healthy

Employers and building owners need to be proactive in providing information about the indoor air quality of the buildings that they occupy because employees have become more knowledgeable about what makes a healthy workplace, says Francesca Brady, CEO of AirRated.

Talking to Real Asset Media’s Richard Betts she said that employers not only have a duty of care to obtain this information but in the competition to draw workers back to offices that is likely to occur in 2021 it will be necessary to gain the confidence of the workforce.
