Germany’s office investment market is currently seeing a focus on core office assets according to Linklaters’ Carsten Loll.
Talking to Real Asset Media’s Richard Betts he said, “post corona, people are digesting what just happened – or what did not happen actually – so I see a market that is that is very strong.”
He added: “We see a concentration on core office assets because people are optimistic that we will all go back to offices, maybe not five days per week, but on certain days.
“So office space, and good office space, is needed and there are still very high prices for core office.”
