Zeiringer joins Union’s Austrian management board

Union Investment Real Estate Austria has appointed Petia Zeiringer to the management board. She has been with the company since 2007, working in multi-asset portfolio management and most recently in risk management.

Zeiringer takes over board responsibility for fund management and asset management from Kurt Rossmüller, who headed these areas on an interim basis from early 2020.

The three-member leadership team of the Vienna-based property fund manager also includes Kurt Rossmüller, responsible for investment management. Manfred Stagl oversees risk management.

Union Investment Real Estate Austria, formerly Immo Kapitalanlage, has been part of Union Investment Group since 2015 and manages immofonds 1, one of Austria’s largest open-ended real estate funds for private investors.

The fund invests in Germany and Austria and had total assets of €1.12 billion at end-2020.
