Turner joins Addington to head town centre regeneration

Former McCarthy Stone COO and Kier Group board director Nigel Turner has joined Addington Capital.

A regeneration expert, Turner will be partner heading town centre regeneration which Addington said will increase its capability to help investors and landowners redress the balance in tired retail spaces and town centres.

Turner’s experience includes investment, land acquisition, development, housebuilding, regeneration and planning frameworks and he has experience in the creation of mixed-use communities, local authority partnerships, redevelopment, and joint ventures.
