Trammell Crow recruits Daiß for business development role

Trammell Crow Company has appointed Marc Daiß as director, business development for the firm’s Germany and Austria logistics team.

He will assist in sourcing new sites, in budgeting and underwriting new projects and overseeing developments. He will report to Mario Sander, TCC’s head of logistics in Germany and Austria.

Daiß has nearly 10 years of experience working on large-scale development and construction projects throughout Germany. “His entrepreneurial drive and problem-solving ability in complex environments will be instrumental as we begin to grow TCC’s logistics business throughout Germany and Austria,” Sander said.

Daiß formerly served as senior development manager at Deutsche Logistik Holding in Hamburg and held a variety of roles at Garbe Industrial Real Estate.

Trammell Crow Company now has European operations in Spain, the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Poland and France.

US-headquartered Trammell Crow Company was founded in 1948 and is an independently operated subsidiary of CBRE Group.
