Terra joins CBRE IM as retail intelligence lead

CBRE Investment Management has appointed Francesco Terra as retail consumer intelligence lead EMEA. He and will be responsible for delivering customer and competition intelligence across CBRE IM’s retail platform, also supporting the delivery of the company’s retail assets strategies.

In 2017, Terra co-founded specialised market research agency UrbiStat International. Prior to thathe was competitive intelligence and services anager, EMEA, at Sonae Sierra.
