Swedish Platzer Fastigheter appoints Johanna Hult Rentsch as CEO

Stockholm-listed Platzer Fastigheter Holding, which owns and develops commercial property in Gothenburg, has appointed Johanna Hult Rentsch as its new CEO. Rentsch, who has a degree in engineering and economics, was previously head of department for the Väst region at NCC Property Development. Prior to that, she had worked in property development in South-East Europe for Inter Ikea Centre Group. She has also managed her own property development business. Rentsch will take the reins as CEO in the summer, until when the company’s current CEO, Per-Gunnar Persson, will continue in the post.
