Roy to head industrial and logistics for Colliers Germany
Nicolas Roy has joined Colliers Germany as head of industrial and logistics. Roy joins the firm from Europa Capital, where he has overseen transactions across all asset classes based in the London office for the past five years.
Prior to that he worked for KPMG real estate mergers and acquisitions department for six years.
Roy studied in Paris, London and Berlin and speaks four languages fluently and, as a capital market expert with a private equity background, he knows the requirements of international investors well, the firm said in a statement.
