Real IS appoints new Australia director

Munich-headquartered Real IS has appointed Michael Wecke as the new director of Real IS Australia, replacing Maximilian Kube.

Kube has joined the investment management team with responsibility for the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.

Wecke has had more than 20 years’ experience as a managing director and civil engineer in both Germany and Australia with a range of international firms and corporations. His main expertise is in asset and property management, project development and project management, leasing as well as the purchase and sale of real estate and he was previously a self-employed project developer and property manager.

Kube began his professional career at Real IS in 2014, initially as an investment fund manager for institutional investors.
