Polish warehouse specialist 7R appoints new team members

Polish logistics specialist 7R has appointed three new professionals to meet the challenge of the growing demand for warehouse space.

Kamila Pruk has joined the team as development director, Magdalena Kostjan has been appointed leasing director and Danuta Dzierżak joins as leasing manager.

Pruk has over 13 years’ experience in the real estate industry and for the past nine years has worked for Prologis as a capital deployment and leasing senior manager where she was responsible for a 500,000 sq m portfolio spanning Warsaw region, central Poland and Gdańsk.

Kostjan also previously worked for Prologis, where she was senior manager in capital deployment and leasing section, managing a 600,000 sq m portfolio in Wrocław.

Dzierżak spent the last eight years at Axi Immo advising on leasing warehouse and industrial space for the company’s key clients. As leasing manager at 7R she is responsible for commercialisation of space in the logistics parks and city warehouses of 7R City Flex in Pomerania and Kujawsko-Pomorskie regions.
