Pfeffer beefs up Garbe’s business development team

Garbe Institutional Capital has appointed Carolin Pfeffer (pictured left) as senior business development manager in order to further expand its business with German and international institutional capital partners.

The company has also appointed Claudia Orszullok as senior investment manager and she will be dedicated, primarily, to identifying suitable assets and executing transactions in the residential and science and technology sectors.

Carolin Pfeffer is moving to Garbe Institutional Capital from DWS where she worked in various positions since 2011.

Orszullok previously worked as transaction manager for Quantum Immobilien and, prior to that, for Officefirst Real Estate and BEOS.
