Oxenwood hires for UK and European expansion

Investment manager Oxenwood Real Estate has made four hires to support its continuing growth in the UK and Europe.

Peter Land has been appointed to focus on investment deals in Germany. A native German speaker he has previously worked for Lehman Brothers, Harbert Management Corporation, Westcore Properties and, latterly, Tideway Capital.

Jamie Bird, who spent five years with M&G, will focus on UK acquisitions while Chris Lochhead joins as head of finance after four years at Tristan Capital Partners, where he was fund controller.

Tim Bradshaw, who will be responsible for development projects, has joined from Peel Ports where he was a project manager.
