Nicoletti to head CBRE EMEA hotel operator selection

CBRE has appointed Giordano Nicoletti as head of operator selection, EMEA, within its hotels team.

Nicoletti, who joined the firm as an intern in 2007, has since worked in wide-ranging roles across the European business from the Rome, Milan and London offices.

Since the early 2000s, CBRE’s operator selection team has advised investors on finding the best operator for their hotels and negotiated terms on their behalf.
