Newcore hires Boize to focus on corporate finance

Social infrastructure investment manager Newcore Capital Management has hired Tom Boize from CBRE Capital Advisors as an associate director.

Boize will focus on corporate finance, including fundraising, investor relations and debt relationships.

He previously worked in the corporate finance team at CBRE Capital Advisors and prior to that the investment banking arm of CBRE, where he focused on debt and structured finance, equity placement and M&A mandates across Europe.

Tom’s appointment follows those last year of Piers Windsor from Knight Frank Investment Management as associate director, investment management, and Ravi Patel from Haines Watts as finance manager.
