New head of CW sustainability and ESG consultancy

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed James Woodhead as head of its EMEA-wide asset services sustainability and ESG consultancy.

Woodhead has been at Cushman & Wakefield for three years and is experienced in supporting corporates develop environmental strategies and improve energy performance across real estate portfolios.

In his new role, he will focus on cross-border investor clients.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services business provides property management services for approximately 37 million sq m of commercial property in 14 countries across EMEA.
