Marks and Kelly complete Sirius senior team overhaul

Sirius Real Estate, which owns and operates business and industrial parks in Germany and the UK, has appointed current CFO Alistair Marks (pictured left) as chief investment officer and Diarmuid Kelly, currently group finance director, will join the company’s board  as chief financial officer.

Marks will continue to be a member of the company’s board. The two appointments, together with last year’s creation of the role of chief operations officer and chief marketing and impact officer, complete the restructuring of the Sirius senior management team in line with recent expansion and entry into the UK market y acquiring BizSpace in November 2021.

Marks, who joined Sirius in 2007, took the company through its IPO in 2007. Kelly been with the group since 2015.
