Maguire to head BNP PRE’s European logistics

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Craig Maguire as head of logistics and industrial. Based in London he will report to head if international investment Larry Young, and will lead the European coordination of the logistics business alongside local BNP Paribas Real Estate teams.

Maguire has more than 20 years of experience. He began his career in 1994 at CBRE UK and had spells at DTZ UK  and Poland before being appointed managing director at P3 Logistic Parks for Poland and Romania. He became senior director capital markets at DTZ Poland in 2013 and founded Rockard Advisory in Glasgow in 2016 which specialised in both the UK & European Logistics markets, before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate UK.
