M7 appoints Wenzel as MD to oversee Germany growth

Investor and asset manager M7 Real Estate has appointed Peter Wenzel as managing director, Germany, responsible for overseeing the Germany team and driving M7’s growth in that market, particularly in the industrial and office sectors.

Wenzel, who has almost 15 years of experience in the real estate and asset management sectors, joins M7 from RLI Investors where he spent the past six years, initially as director, latterly managing director. Prior to joining RLI, he was a vice president at PGIM. He also spent over five years at GLL Real Estate Partners.
