Legal expert Alvarez joins Hamburg’s Quest Investment

Hamburg-based investment and development company Quest Investment Partners has appointed Ricardo Alvarez as commercial managing director of its subsidiary Quest Management, in charge of finance, operations and human resources.

He will work in collaboration with new technical managing director Ulrich Rössing, who joined the company last May, and managing partners Theja Geyer and Jan Rouven Künzel, to steer Quest Investment Partners’ future growth.

Alvarez, who holds a doctorate in law, spent the last 12 years at Hamburger Schifffahrtsgesellschaft Deutsche Afrika-Linien & John T Essberger. Prior to that, he held positions with Deloitte Consulting and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.

Founded in 2016, Quest Investment Partners has offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt and focuses on property in cities in Germany and the Benelux countries. The companies shareholders are Theja Geyer and Jan Rouven Künzel and the investment holding company of Hamburg entrepreneur Erck Rickmers.
