Kinghorn to head Atrato’s long-income property strategy

Alternative asset manager Atrato Group has appointed Max Kinghorn as managing director long income.

Atrato, which specialises in asset backed income strategies, is building on success with Supermarket Income REIT’s long income strategy for grocery property, by launching a new business to originate, structure and acquire long income properties outside the supermarket sector. Kinghorn will lead this new business.

Kinghorn, a chartered surveyor, joins Atrato from Whitmarsh Holt Young, where he was associate partner focusing on long income and development-led deals.
