KF’s Lock-Necrews to head Battersea Power Station resi

Battersea Power Station Development Company has appointed Meriam Lock-Necrews as head of residential.

Lock-Necrews is a former partner and head of super prime residential development at Knight Frank. The converted power station building includes homes, offices, shops, cinemas, bars and restaurants, as well as a six-acre Power Station Park on the banks of the River Thames.

Despite lockdown restrictions, Battersea Power Station Development Company said it has achieved over £150 million of residential sales in the last 12 months.
