Kempen’s Bretveld joins CBRE IM as senior director

CBRE Investment Management has appointed Peter Bretveld as a senior director in the client solutions team. Based in Amsterdam, he will help drive capital raising efforts and support the firm’s continued growth ambitions in the Benelux market.

Bretveld has over 20 years’ professional experience in real estate in both investment and management. He joins from Kempen Capital Management, where he spent the last four years as senior portfolio manager real assets. Prior to this, he worked at Blue Sky Group, also as a senior fund manager in their Global Real Estate team.
