Kallenvret to head CBRE’s Nordic capital markets team

CBRE has appointed Patrik Kallenvret as managing director – head of capital markets, Nordics.
He will also continue to lead the capital markets business in Sweden having held the position of managing director, CBRE Sweden, since 2013.
He will hand over duties as managing director Sweden to a successor to be announced in due course.
