Hibernia CEO Kevin Nowlan to chair ULI’s Ireland chapter

Hibernia REIT’s CEO Kevin Nowlan has been appointed chair of ULI Ireland.

Nowlan succeeds Tom Dunne, chairman of the Residential Tenancies Board, and began his two-year term on 1 January 2021.

As chair of ULI Ireland, Nowlan said he aims to leverage ULI’s global and multi-disciplinary network and knowledge base to contribute to some of the most pertinent challenges in Ireland, notably the delivery of housing, especially affordable housing.

Prior to joining Hibernia, Nowlan, a chartered surveyor, held senior roles at NAMA and Treasury Holdings and was MD of WK Nowlan Real Estate Advisers.
