Frisby appointed Greystar’s development head in Ireland

Rental housing specialist Greystar Real Estate Partners has appointed Ward Frisby as development director in Ireland.

Frisby will support the company’s ambitious growth plans in Ireland by managing its growing development pipeline and delivery of new multifamily assets in and around Dublin. He will report to Claire Solon, managing director – Ireland, and joins a team of 50 development professionals across Europe.

Frisby has advised several real estate funds in development management and was previously head of property at Harvey Norman Ireland. Prior to that he was construction director at Quinby Properties, having started his career in commercial property as project manager at Bennett Construction.
