Crest’s Dobson makes strategic move to St Modwen

UK-listed developer St Modwen has appointed Andrew Dobson as senior director – strategic land and planning to support development of large residential schemes.

He will focus on identifying and promoting sites to develop across the UK for St Modwen Homes and St Modwen Logistics

Dobson, who has 25 years’ development experience, joins from Crest Nicholson, where he was managing director of the strategic projects division.
