Cousens joins flexible workspace firm Yours

Flexible managed workspace operator Yours has appointed Freddie Cousens as landlord partnerships lead.

He will focus on forming collaborative partnerships with landlords and their agents to offer fully fitted and managed office solutions to occupiers.

Yours is a joint venture between Work.Life and global property adviser Knight Frank, which enables landlords to address the growing demand for fitted and managed offices.

Cousens, a chartered surveyor, joins Yours from Uncommon, where he headed the sales team. Prior to that he was tenant advisory lead at Hubble, and previously worked in Colliers’ central London occupier advisory team.
