Colliers establishes ‘living services’ line in CEE

Colliers’ Warsaw office has established a living services business line to focus exclusively on projects in the living sector in the CEE region.

The new line expands the scope of the corporate finance department to provide strategic advice and to establish investment platforms. Accordingly, Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra has been appointed head of corporate finance and living services for Central and Eastern Europe.

Meanwhile Michał Witkowski has been hired as head of living services. His responsibilities will include expansion of residential real estate services. He has previously worked as partner, business development director at Platinum Group.

He has also been a board member at Skanska Residential Development in Poland, as well as sales and marketing director at Atlas Estates Polska.

He is currently also a lecturer at University of Gdańsk, postgraduate studies on real estate management and development.
