Carragher joins Battersea scheme as estates director
London’s Battersea Power Station has appointed former LandSec operations director James Carragher (pictured) as estates director.
David Collins joins as head of retail and commercial services. He was previously senior operations manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield where he spent ten years.
The first phase of the listed former power station has been completed and residents will begin moving in during the Spring and into Electric Boulevard, later in the year.
About 46,451 sq m (500,000 sq ft) of office space will be handed over to Apple for fitting out its UK Campus later in the year.
