Asset manager Petrie joins Palace Capital from Maybrook

Palace Capital has appointed Chris Petrie as an asset manager. Reporting to executive property director Richard Starr Petrie’s role will be to support the property team in deploying the company’s total return strategy and maximising the potential of its portfolio.

Petrie, who has 15 years’ experience, joins Palace Capital from Maybrook Properties, where he managed a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential assets valued at over £100 million. He previously held posts at GVA , Cushman & Wakefield, the City of London Corporation and the London Borough of Enfield.
