Appointments to boost PGIM Real Estate’s Europe strategy
PGIM Real Estate has promoted Sebastiano Ferrante, currently head of Germany and Italy, to deputy head of Europe, a newly created role. He will be responsible for European portfolio management across PGIM Real Estate’s private debt and pan-European equity strategies.
His appointment is one of a series of senior moves at PGIM Real Estate that become effective from 1 March. Jocelyn de Verdelon, currently head of France, Spain and Portugal, will become head of transactions, Europe, a new role designed to further integrate the firm’s pan-European investment strategy.
New country heads have been appointed including Dominik Brambring as head of Germany, Austria and Netherlands. He is currently head of transactions for Germany and the Netherlands.
Nabil Mabed, currently head of transactions for France and Spain becomes head of France, Spain and Portugal.
Paul Stanford, currently head of asset management UK, becomes head of UK and Ireland.
Additionally, executive director on the debt business David Gingell will become head of senior debt Europe in mid-2021, reporting to Andrew Macland, head of debt Europe.
