Van Bloois joins MoZaïC as head of business development
Healthcare property specialist Ron van Bloois, has joined MoZaïC Asset Management to head its business development committee.
MoZaïC Asset Management specialises in the management of healthcare real estate assets in Europe and partners with operators and investors in the sector. Van Bloois is co-founder and chair of the Senior Housing and Healthcare Association as well as being a senior lecturer at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.
As a member of MoZaïC’s Advisory Board, van Bloois will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and leveraging MoZaïC’s board members’ expertise and relationships, the firm said in a statement.
He will focus on the Dutch and German markets, establishing and developing relationships with operators, developers and other partners including brokers, as well as researching and identifying opportunities for off-market transactions.
Frédéric Dib, CEO of MoZaïC said that in addition to new business development, van Bloois will help to widen the firm’s geographical spread as well as broadening group activities such as consultancy, asset sourcing, investor sourcing and focusing on topics such impact investing and ESG.
